Origin: Celebrated internationally but originating from the Copán region in Honduras, the producer from the town of Las Capucas and known by the same name are masters of sustainability. Specialty beans are picked at maximum ripeness before being handed into to the cooperative. There they are washed and dried in the countries first large scale solar dryer for microlots. The cooperative themselves are a beacon of resourcefulness in the region creating diverse ways to ensure future coffee growth with pruning methods, as well as supporting local communities with education and sport sponsorship initiatives.
