We have created this subscription as a love letter to Venezuelan coffee. Every month, a different bean with its own story. A chance to highlight some unbelievable producers and rare varieties from across the Andes, and occasionally other states of Venezuela with their own rich coffee heritage and unique flavours.

Guayoyo is a traditional Venezuelan coffee/ way of brewing coffee, which creates a daily brew that is bold and often accompanied by sugar. Our twist on this pourover and drip coffee staple is to use a V60 paper filter and accompany that with curated coffees which often have their own sweet, floral or very delicate flavours and aromas. (Really though, they will be your beans so brew them how you like!)
