Caramel, pink grapefruit and a background of mulled spices
Origin: Venezuela, Familia Chopite - Táchira State.
The Hacienda is situated in Municipio Bolívar, Táchira, and produces coffee at around 1300 metres above sea level. The extended fermentation gives this bean a more intense sweetness and clearer citrusy notes, all whilst maintaining a creamy syrupy texture that brings out the caramel. Definitely a brew that shows layered flavour changes as it cools.
